You probably remember seeing this gorgeous polish  Zoya Payton in my blog a while ago, but since this was such a great color and this shade has a beautiful effect, I had to show it once more time before I let it sit in my Helmer's drawer for a while. (Oh I wish I could use it more, but I have so many new and unswatches polishes to play with, I can't resist it!)

Just like I did with Zoya Dream, I decided that some stamping will bring a bit more glam to it, and so I used one of the Nailz Craze plates to create this manicure.

For this design I applied two coats of the fantastic Zoya Payton, then used Barry M Gold Foil to stamp the diamonds designs from the Nailz Craze NC04 stamping plate.
Zoya Payton is really beautiful on it's own, but I do think that these delicate golden diamonds were a nice addition to this manicure. I love the gold against this dark berry shade, and the holographic flakes of Payton sparkling right trough the stamped design were so pretty!



This probably isn't the sharpest image I could get (I hate it when I am finished taking photos and them realize that some images are completely unusable), but I just wanted to show you how gorgeous the holo flakes up close. This is such a rich color and the effect is a stunner, one of my all time favorites.

"Be the change you wish to see in the world" is a glitter topper, it's a mix of pink and green matte hexes & squares in various sizes. The base also has tiny green flakes, all mixed in a clear base.
The inspiration for this color combination was taken from the Vegan Friendly logo, and I think Nicole did here a great job with translating the logo into this cute nail polish.

When I was deciding on the base color for this polish, I found it hard to choose one color because it looked really nice over varioius colors I tried like black, light pink, white and more. Finally I decided to go with the pastel minty shade. I chose Essie - Mint Candy Apple as the base for this manicure (2 coats) and then applied one coat of the glitter over it plus a top coat.
The glitter was relatively easy to place although I found it a bit hard to pick up the larger glitter on the brush, so I ended up spilling a bit on paper and picking the glitter individually to fill some bald spots. I was informed by Nicole that since then she improved the formula and added even more of the glitter to make it easier to place it evenly over the nail.

I found this color combination to be very refreshing and pretty, I love how these colors work together. I also like the tiny flakes that add an interesting dimension to the polish and the fact that I can layer this polish over various shades and get a new look every time.

For today I have another lovely and easy to make manicure I created with water decals from Born Pretty Store. As you probably noticed, I just l-o-v-e water decals because they are so easy to use and you can create a gorgeous manicure while spending minimum time and effort.

To create this design I used the following colors: OPI Honey Ryder on the index and pinky (one coat), and PUPA 107 (one coat over white base) on the rest of the nails.
OPI Honey Ryder is a gold liquid sand polish with an sparkly effect,  it was very dense and I only needed one coat for full coverage. I love it's formula and the luxurious look.
PUPA 107 has a gorgeous pearly effect with gold shimmer, but unfortunately it's barely noticeable in the photos. I guess that I could have used a few coats to get it opaque on it's own and then the pearly effect would show better.
I applied these lovely black and gold flower decals (available for purchase here) on the white base, and sealed them with a clear top coat. And that's it, my design was finished!

Working with water decals is always so easy and I just love the perfect result you get with them. I think it must be the quickest method to decorate your nails and I enjoy the simplicity of the application each time. I have recommended water decals so many times before, so I don't know if there's still anyone who haven't tried these yet hehe ;)

I love how this design came out, and I love it even more because it was so easy to make. I have some more water decals I purchased lately that I can't wait to try and share with you the results.

For today I  have another review of Incoco's nail polish strips. I have reviewed their excellent nail strips before in this post, I was very impressed with them and I couldn't wait to try the other designs the sent me fore review. So let's get to the review!

The design which I'm wearing on my nails in this post is called A Floral Affair, it's semi-sheer nude base with delicate floral design in orange and pink. I picked this design because I loved how delicate and feminine it looked. I think the floral design is very pretty and it looks really nice over this nude toned base color.

The package of these nail strips was exactly the same as the one I reviewed before, it contains 16 double sided nail strips which made it easy to choose a size to fit my nails. Application was super easy and quick, you can see more information about the application in my previous review post, and I also advice to check Incoco's How-To page for full instructions.

A Floral Affair is a lovely design from the past Spring collection, I want to say it's one of the prettiest designs at the site but it's hard to decide because Incoco have so many great designs and they are constantly releasing new beautiful designs that I am really curious about.

As for my experience with these nail polish strips and this design, I have to say I was surprised to find these strips to be much more sheer than I expected, and as you can see it really shows on my long nails. I personally don't like when the free edge of my long nails shows, and somehow the nail strips made my tips look yellow (much, much more than they are in RL), I think it's because the base of this design has a yellow undertone. However I did like the color it gave to to nail plates, and I think that this design might suit better shorter nails. 

I admit, I was a bit disappointed about the tips issue - but, I found that this design also has some really good qualities! I wore these strips for about six days and I barely noticed any tip wear, guess it's thanks to the pale color of the strips. I didn't have and chips or lifting at all, the strips stayed in place and remained in a great shape for the entire six days. I could have kept wearing them for a few more days, but I just wanted to treat myself with a fresh manicure.

I would say that Incoco's real nail polish strips have a great quality and they lasted for a long time fore me. I have tried other brands before and it seems like Incoco might just we a winner for me.

Today I am going to share with you swatches of five lovely shades from LA Splash Cosmetics.
For this review I picked a few of the colors that seemed most interesting to me from LA Splash nail polish range, so I hope you will like them as much as I do and enjoy my swatches.

LA Splash Forbidden is a dark vampy jelly. With the application of first coat it has a reddish cherry shade but when a second coat applied it appears to be more brown toned.
The formula is very smooth and easy on application and it has a gorgeous shine. Although it was a bit sheer at first, I managed to get a nice coverage with two thick coats, but still on the photos you can see some bald spots. I think that three thin coats might have been a better solution for this polish.
I really love this dark vampy shade and it's glossy finish, I think it is perfect for this season!
For the photos I applied two coats of Forbidden, no top coat was applied.




LA Splash Embellished is a mix of small hex glitter in red, fuchsia and silver holo in a clear base.
The polish is packed with a generous amount of glitter so it was easy to get a great coverage with just a few strokes. I applied one coat of Embellished over Forbidden, but I think you can get the polish opaque on it's own with 3 coats or so. I have a feeling this polish will be great for glitter gradients as well. I love how sparkly it is in the sun, and the holo glitter is a great addition to this mix.
For the photos I applied one coat of Embellished over Forbidden, topped with one coat of Poshe top coat.

LA Splash Glitz & Berry is a berry jelly with square silver micro glitter. In the photos it appears to be more pink than it was in real life because of direct sunlight. Despite it's being a jelly formula, it was relatively opaque with just two coats thanks to the density of the glitter. I think that it will be great to layer this polish over a similar base shade to get it fully opaque and get a more accurate shade in sun.
For the photos I applied two coats of Glitz & Berry and one coat of Poshe top coat.





LA Splash Crimson Tide is a crimson / brownish creme-jelly with small gold hex glitter. The formula was relatively opaque and I got a great coverage with just two coats. In some parts it appears that some of the glitter is in fuchsia shade but in fact this ic because the gold is covered with the crimson jelly. I think I loved this polish more in other swatches than in my own because it looks much more brown in my pics.
For the photos I applied two coats of Crimson Tide and one coat of Poshe top coat.

LA Splash Gold Seahorse is a sea-foam shimmery green shade with gold glitter mix. The formula was a bit on the sheer side so I ended up using three coats to get it completely opaque.
I loved the name of this polish and it seems like mix of colors in suits the name so well. Although it's a lovely shade I'm not sure it was a great match with my pale skin tone.
For the photos I applied two coats of Gold Seahorse and one coat of Poshe top coat.

Today I'm going to share with you a nail art I did with OPI Matte Top Coat, and my thought about this product. You will be surprised to find out how easy it is to achieve this unique look with this polish!

One of OPI's recent releases is the Matte Top Coat which provides a matte and silky finish to any polish. You can apply it over any color to get a dull and mysterious look, or you can create with it a playful nail art with textures and color difference, like I did with the design in this post.

I have tried matte top coats before by other brands like Chic and Revlon, and I was really impressed with OPI's matte top coat which dried very quickly, had the strongest matte effect and gave a silky finish to the nail.

To create the design in this post I first applied one coat of OPI Miss You-Niverse (which I reviewed before and really loved), then I applied OPI Matte Top Coat over the ring finger.

To create the dots / drops look I used a dotting tool, dipped it in the matte top coat and applied the drops to all nails except for the ring finger. Since the ring finger already had a matter finish, I used a clear polish to create the glossy dots over it.
