Along with my currently greatest passion which is nail art, I am also very passionate about photography and my love for beautiful jewelry, so I came up with an idea for a new series of posts that I'm excited to tell you all about.
Recently I've been working on a series of posts that will feature different jewelry and nail art that will be inspired or matched to compliment the piece. I am currently working with some talented jewelry designers form several countries, and soon I will be bringing you the first posts from this series.
I thought this would be a great way to bring together these things that I really love, and hopefully you will enjoy these posts and get inspired by them.
For starters I wanted to share with you a couple of photos I recently took with some of my recent favorite jewelry pieces, both were bought by me a while back, and in case you like them and want to get them for yourself, I will be leaving links and more info along with the items so you can get your hands on these pretties too.

Merry Christmas everyone! I hope you are having a wonderful time with your loved ones and celebrating this holidays season the best way possible!
For this post I have a festive french manicure which I thought would look lovely presented in a white frosty winter look, and I really hope you will like it.
I don't know why but I never was into french manicures for some reason, and the only french manicure I created before this design was a lace french tips version I did at the beginning of this year. Lately I came to love this simple design more and more, and I finally decided to try it on myself.. I really fell in love with this manicure, it was so simple yet elegant and this almost bridal look was pleasant to me eyes which made it hard to say goodbye to, so I ended up wearing it for five whole days, enjoying every moment with it!

I really fell in love with this manicure, it was so simple yet elegant and this almost bridal look was pleasant to me eyes which made it hard to say goodbye to, so I ended up wearing it for five whole days, enjoying every moment with it!
For this designs I used two of El Corazon polishes that I think are perfect for creating this french manicure, and an opaque white polish to create the white tip line.
With my regular white polish I painted the free edge line, repeating my natural nails lines.
Then I applied two coats of El Corazon 423/57 Jelly over the entire nail, covering the white tips. I felt that this polish would be great for my french manicure because it has a sheer white jelly base, which helped me to create a very clean natural looking manicure.
The formula of this polish was relatively sheer, and even with three coats it wasn't opaque on my nails, but that is something to be expected form a jelly formula. This is again why I decided it would be perfect for a french manicure rather than using it as a regular color.
To add some beautiful sparkle to this manicure I applied two coats of El Corazon 421/3 Multi - It's a lovely multi colored shimmer that has a nice sparkle to it. Unfortunately it was pretty much impossible to capture it on camera, but I think that if you look closely you should be able to see some pinkish sparkle in some photos. Of course you can see how beautiful it is in the bottle, so you can get a better idea of how it looked on the nails in real life.
The formula of this polish was quite watery, it wasn't as thick as I usually expect nail polish to be, but it spread easily and it gave a nice shimmery finish with just one coat. I applied two coats for thie manicure just to see if there was any difference, but there wasn't much, so one coat should be enough.
I didn't apply a top coat for this manicure either, and I was happy to find out that this shimmery top coat served as a great top coat and preserved my manicure in great shape for the entire time I was wearing it.
Here is another closer look at the beautiful color shifting shimmer of El Corazon 421/3 Multi. You can see it's color is shifting from pink, to orange, yellow and even a light green.
Another thing that I have noticed about it's formula is that the shimmer sinks to the bottom of the bottle very quickly, but a good shake will solve this problem.
The ring that I am wearing in these photos is the Eiffel Tower ring that I showed here before, I just love how elegant and luxurious it looks on the hand. It also looks pretty cool once placed at on the rhinestone in profile, so if you haven't seen it yet, check my previous post featuring this ring.
Some of you were curious about were to get this ring, I actually bought it on ebay for about $8 which was a great deal. There are also matching earrings and necklace, so I think this could be a great gift as well. I'm really happy with this ring, and although I don't expect much from cheap ebay jewelry, this ring looks high quality and I enjoy wearing it.
I hope you liked this post and my festive french manicure. Let me know what you think of this design and I would also love to know what is your opinion of french manicures - do you like them, or not so much?
I wish you all a great and joyful holiday!

In today's post I'm going to show you three lovely shades from the Fall 2013 collection by Pahlish, an indie nail polish brand based in North East Arkansas, USA.
This is my first time trying this brand and I was really excited about this trio. I felt that formula wise they were pretty nice and easy to apply, but I did ended up using three coats with all of them to get an even and full coverage, because of their jelly formula.
Overall I think these are great and interesting mixtures of color and glitter / flakes that I haven't seen before, so to my eyes these are very original and creative.
So let's get a better look at these colors!
L-R: Black Lace Elderberry, Fleur de Sel & Mountains Beyond Mountains.

L-R: Black Lace Elderberry, Fleur de Sel & Mountains Beyond Mountains.
Black Lace Elderberry - Vibrant purple jelly packed with red metallic flakes, small orange metallic glitter, and scattered holographic orange hex. (3 coats)
Well, you all know how much I love purple, so this one was really mesmerized me. It was hard to capture it's true color and how lovely it looked in real life, but trust me it's really gorgeous!
The jelly formula of this one was a bit on the sheer side, so even after three coats you can notice some bald areas on the nail, but that wasn't too bad at all. I think this one can look great on it's own and also with a matching color underneath.
I really loved the original combination of orange and purple in this polish, I think it looks great and very unique.
Fleur de Sel - Blush white jelly with a mix of micro-flakes in red metallic, shimmering white, and iridescent violet. (3 coats)
This shade was sooo delicious, it looked like my nails were dipped in a yummy strawberry smoothie. This pale pinkish white was really pretty with the tiny reddish flakes, and it had a lovely pink shimmer to it which unfortunately didn't translate to the photos.
Mountains Beyond Mountains - Dusty grey jelly with faint red shimmer and a mix of sterling silver microflakes and charcoal flakies with blue and red iridescence. (3 coats)
Another favorite of mine, this gorgeous dusty grey was really fabulous and I loved how all the glitter particles in it combined to an interesting finish. It made me think of a wet asphalt on a rainy day, gloomy skies and rain. I love how a simple thing like nail polish can make you feel all sort of things, it's pretty amazing, isn't it?

Today I want to introduce you to a new online e-tailer for Indie nail polish - Dazzled.
Indie nail polish brands are probably the hottest thing out there at the moment, and some brands are a bit hard to get (if you aren't based in the US), so I was thrilled to know there was a new e-tailer in town (well, in the world)!
Dazzled is new online store that sells Indie nail polish, based in Hong Kong and offers worldwide shipping. Dazzled offers a variety of popular brands like A-England, Cirque, Happy Hands, Lac Attack, Pretty & Polishes and also new and uprising indie brands.

About a month ago I was offered by Denise, the founder of Dazzled shop, to review some of the gorgeous nail polish they offer for sale, and I thought it would be a great opportunity to tell you all about Dazzled and the service they offer.
As for shipping, it took about a month for the package to arrive from Hong Kong all the way to Israel. I would say it's a normal shipping time considering the distance. When I order stuff online from that area this is the time it usually takes for packages to arrive, so no surprises there. Besides, this package was worth the wait!
I picked five gorgeous polishes from Dazzled shop and I will showing you swatches of these pretties soon. Left to right: Cirque - Iris, Cirque - Magic Hour, A-England - Jane Eyre, Cirque - Lullaby, Cirque - XX.
The Cirque polishes are all from the Arcus collection, and A-England - Jane Eyre is from the Gothic Beauties collection. I can't even decide which polish is prettier from these five!

Final thoughts
Getting this package for me was super exciting because these are actually my first Cirque and A-England polishes.
I think that Dazzled offer a great and interesting selection of Indie brands, which weren't available to me before.
Another reason why I was happy to hear about Dazzled shop is that they offer really low shipping rates, which is really great for international ladies like me who can't always get good deals for shipping because of our location.
I can honestly tell you that I intend on placing an order in the future with Dazzled because I am thrilled that I can now get two very desired brands - Cirque and A-England. Can't wait to expend my collection with these pretties!
I hope you found this review useful and that you will enjoy shopping at Dazzled.

For today's post I have another gorgeous swatch to share with you, it's a relatively new shade released by El Corazon as a part of the Magic Shine Collection. You can see all swatches of the first and second part of this collection at Anna's blog.
When I first saw swatches of this color I thought this might be also a great dupe for Chanel Taboo, which is a really popular shade (that I don't own) but after seeing more of it, I realized that it might not be as similar as I first thought. Regardless, it's a beautiful shade on it's own.

El Corazon (423/580) Magic Of The Arabian Nights is a dark purple base with shimmery micro-flakes
in red and purple. It has a gorgeous effect both in the bottle and on
the nails.
The formula was great and application was flawless, thanks to the dark base I only used two coats of this polish. Top coat wasn't needed at all since the finish was very glossy and smooth.
This polish was very beautiful in real life, and the shimmer was even more noticeable on the nails, which was a bit hard to capture on camera. I really love these kind of dark shades in this season, and I can never resist a gorgeous purple shade, since it's my favorite color.
El Corazon brand has easily become a favorite for me, I love their wide range of colors and effects, and they are working hard on releasing new collections all the time which is absolutely great!
I hope you liked this post, and I hope to bring you more swatches of El Corazon brand soon.
Thanks for reading and have a fantastic week!

Today I'm going to show you a gorgeous multichrome nail polish that I know you are going to love!
I had this post in my drafts for a long time, have no idea why it took me so long to write it, but today I'm finally publishing it, and I really hope you will like it. This post is extremely pic heavy so beware! ;)

This amazing multichrome nail polish was one of my first biggest lemmings, and of course I had to get it (but then it was forgotten in my untired drawer for a couple of months, lol I'm awful!).
Hits Cutie Pie has this stunning multichrome effect with a wide color changing range that really impressed me in real life.
This one is a real chameleon, and as you can see there are many photos in this post, and in each one of them it looks so different! Amazing, right?!
Hits Cutie Pie changes it's color from green, to blue, purple, pink and even orange in some angles. This one is just too amazing to describe in words.
The effect you see here is awesome, and I only layered one coat of Hits Cutie Pie over black, no top coat was applied, and it's just so shiny and perfect!

I had so much fun taking photos of this polish, and it was really interesting to find a new color in each photo. I have about 150 different photos of this nail polish in various angles and colors, and it was hard to pick only a few of them because I really wanted to show you how versatile this polish is.
I find that multichrome effect shows best in the shade, so it was actually good that I didn't have much light while I was taking photos of this polish, and the effect shows really well.
As you can see the range of colors is really great, but it was a bit hard for me to catch the orange shift on the nails, but you can see it clearly in the bottle. And I have to add and say this again, amazing! I was really impressed with this polish, I can't believe I didn't try it earlier. I have a couple more of Hits multichrome polishes to show you (somewhere in the near-far future) but I can't imagine anything beating this one, although they are all pretty.

I took another photo indoors with a low light, just to show you another side of this polish. It was mostly metallic/shimmery green and you can't see much of the color changing happening here, but still I can't complain because it was so gorgeous most of the time!

Today was the first snowy day here in Israel (well, I didn't see much snow from where I live, but there are some colder cities like Jerusalem which were covered in white), and I think it's the perfect timing to share with you my snowy nail art!
For this design I decided to stamp white snowflakes over a textured base. I chose Zoya Nyx as the base for this nail art and stamped the snowflakes with Konad's White stamping polish. The plates I used are Bundle Monster BM-323 and Gals GA41. To preserve the textured effect I did not apply a top coat over this design.
I found that Zoya Nyx was a quite sheer for me, even with two coats, so I decided to layer it over a light blue base.
Lucky for me the color on the nails turned out to be pretty close to the
color in the bottle, so I was pretty happy with it eventually.
I really like this textured effect combined with the snowflakes stamping, it sparkles nicely and really makes me think of snow covered places. I love how this macro shot shows the texture of this polish and even of the stamped design that has a bit of texture too. I don't know if you can see the glitter in the polish on the nail, but it was very sparkly in the sun, which unfortunately didn't really translate to the photos.
Zoay Nyx is a pale dusty blue with a textured effect. It has a jelly like base with fine square silver glitter, and once dries it has a sand/sugar texture. This polish was one of the first colors that Zoya released under the Pixie Dust line, their textured effect.
I wasn't sure if I loved this color at first, and when I saw it was relatively sheer I was a bit disappointed, but when I tried it with a similar color underneath I instantly loved it!
Although it might not be my most original design, I really loved the final look and I think this polish gives a nice touch to my snowy manicure.

For me it is very important to keep my hands and cuticle moisturized all the time, especially during this cold climate which often leaves my skin very dry. Although I already have a couple favorite hand and cuticle care products, I am always looking to try new moisturizing prodtcs, and today I am going to share with you once of the recent additions to my nail care routine - Bali Spa Oil by El Corazon.
Bali Spa Oil is a rich and thick cuticle oil, enriched with vitamins and enzymes. The oil has a nice minty scent which I loved, and thanks to it's thick consistency it leaves the skin around the cuticle moisturized for a long time. This oil is thicker compared to other I've tried before (like OPI's and Essie's) but I think this allows it to stay on the skin for a longer time. I prefer to apply it before bed to avoid the oily feeling during the day when I have to use my hands (obviously).
After reading the instructions, I though this is a product that combines cuticle oil and some sort of cuticle remover, because the instruction were to push back the cuticles, then apply the oil and after a while to push them back again. But after using this product for the first time I realized that for me it mostly moisturized the cuticles and the nail bed. I did notice that the thin skin on the nail bed was less visible (because it was well moisturized) but I don't think this product will replace the cuticle remover I occasionally use.
I have been using the Bali Spa Oil every day for the past week and I feel that it left my cuticles and skin very soft and moisturized, this tick and rich oil is exactly what I need to keep my nails and cuticles looking great during this season. I really liked this product, although it felt a bit too oily for me, but I find that it's best to apply it before bed to avoid this feeling and to get the nourishing effect overnight.
Another new product I got to try recently is this professional glass nail file from El Corazon. I have to admit, so far I have been using mostly cheap cardboard files, and they worked well for me. I decided that it would be nice to have a professional glass file in my nail acessory kit, and I'm glad I got to try it because I could actually feel the quality on my nails.
This is a high quality glass file with a fine grit on both sides and a pointy edge. There are several sizes and shapes of nails files that El Corazon offer to their customers, I chose the 135mm size which seemed to me very convenient size to carry in my makeup bag, yet large enough to use a professional nail file for a complete manicure.
Thanks to it's fine grit, I get a perfect and smooth finish while shaping my nails.
Another thing I like about this file it that it can be cleaned and completely sterilized (even in boiling water or rubbing alcohol). I think this is great because I always wash thoroughly my nail files after each use (which in most cases ruins the cardboard nail files I used so far, but not this one!).
For me this was another excellent product that I am happy to use each time.
