I think I have a new favorite! Just look at this gorgeous and unique top coat from Cover Band - Sticks 'n Stones. Isn't it amazing? I think I'm in love :)

I got it this week (along with some major nail mail) and couldn't wait to try it on. Lucky for me I have this pink top I bought yesterday and I just had to match my nails to it :)

I'm wearing two coats of Barry M Pink Flamingo and one coat of the gorgeous Sticks 'n Stones, and a top coat from Poshe (which I'm pretty happy about and forgot about the annoying Seche Vite).

I really love Sticks 'n Stones. I think I will use it pretty often and combine it with other colors. It's that kind of nail polish that goes with anything! It's beautiful and easy one-stroke nail art.

I got it from ninjapolish.com, and it's the most expensive polish I have so far, but I think it's worth it (not that expensive in generally but it's the most expensive in my collection).

What can I say? I just LOVE it!

Today I got some nail mail and this lovely peachy color was among them, so I couldn't resist it and I tried it right away. I also got Barry M Flamingo and I was thinking about swatching my Barry M polishes from my collection next week :)
As you can see my nails are much shorter than what I had few days ago, and I really like it more that way.

Peach Melba is a lovely light peach color, it's creamy and needed 2 coats for full coverage. The formula was a bit sticky, maybe it was because it dries pretty fast, I'm not sure, but I've had experience with better creamy polishes than this one. It's not too bad, but could be better.

The color is gorgeous, I'm really into pastels and all, and this one is great. I really want to get Essie A Crewed Interest and see how similar are they, but I have a feeling that Essie is much lighter.
I topped it with my new Poshe super-fast drying topcat that I just got yesterday, and I hope it will be better for me than Seche Vite. I do see some shrinkage already but I hope will not turn out as Seche Vite.

Today's NOTD is yet another combination of a creamy base with shimmery top coat.

I used GADE Caprice (a gorgeous red with a bit of a pink tint) as a base coat, and Sally Hansen HD Byte which is some kind of shimmer combined with glass flakes. The main color is obviously pink but it has a purple / blue shimmer to it, and just try putting it over black - you will be amazed how gorgeous it is!

Byte is really sheer on it's own and it will take more than 4 layers in my opinion to get it opaque, so my best suggestion is to use it over similar color you have. I have tried it over GADE Fascination  and the color that I got in the end was pretty the same as Byte in it's bottle.

So I tried it over this red and it turned out pretty nice. I can't get used to the long nails though, this is as long as I can get with it. It's funny because for years my nails were much longer and I was ok with it, but not it actually bothers me and I always want to cut them shorter. Don't really know why, but I guess it's because I just love the shorter nails on others. :)

I'm happy to finally share with you some good news about my Nailz Craze stamping plates.

For this weekend I decided to go for a gorgeous purple combination.

For the base I used two coats of GADE Purple Empire (#397) which is a lovely royal purple with matte finish, and for the glowing touch I used Pure Ice Busted which is a pink/purple glass flecked top coat. I applied one coat of Busted and topped it with Seche Vite dry fast top coat.

The result was fabulous and I loved it right away. It was hard to catch the glimmer on camera but I think that the photos in the shade are showing best the beauty of Pure Ice Busted.

I found it on inlovewithfashion.com for £3 which is quite affordable, and the shipping was free (it says the free shipping is for limited time only but it's been like this for few months now). You can also find other colors and finishes at this site, plus a large selection of Barry M nail polish as well.

I couldn't find any swatches online of this polish so I'm happy to be one of the first to post about it. I believe MY NV is quite a new brand, so that's why I couldn't find much about it.

The color I picked was Sapphire Hazel, it's a bluish-silver color.

For the swatch I used 2 coats, but I think 3 would give a better result.

The formula was good, didn't have any problems with it. It looks more grainy than Essie's mirror collection which are smooth and flawless. Have to admit that in shade it didn't impress me at all, but it's stunning in the sun.

Overall I think it's a good result and the price is really great! I think I just might buy few more, and their glitters are interesting as well so I would love to try them too.
